2. Use of the Website and Copyright

All content on this website is carefully reviewed and regularly updated. However, no guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Errors and changes are reserved.

Use of the website is at the user’s own risk. Linked external websites are beyond our control; no liability is assumed for their content.

The reproduction, distribution, or any other commercial use of the content of this website is prohibited without the express prior written consent of the organizer.

3. Data Protection

The privacy policy applies and is available at:
https://www.imperialgalaconcert.com/privacy-policy/

This policy can be accessed at any time via our website.

4. Prices and Fees

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT).
Any service or shipping fees will be shown separately during the booking process.
Price changes are reserved until the booking process has been completed.

Events generally end at midnight.
If an event is extended beyond midnight, an extension fee will be charged. The amount of this fee depends on the duration, staffing requirements, and technical effort involved.
The extension fee will be invoiced separately and is payable on site or subsequently, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Ticket Orders & Conclusion of Contract

Bookings made via our website, by telephone, or by email with Palais Auersperg Events GmbH are binding.

After successful booking, a confirmation and invoice will be sent by email.
For group bookings, availability is checked first; a binding booking is concluded only upon our confirmation.

6. Payment Methods & Due Date

Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process (e.g. credit card, instant bank transfer, PayPal, bank transfer).

Unless otherwise stated, the invoice amount is due immediately.
If payment is not received on time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the booking.

7. Right of Withdrawal / Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Section 18 (1) No. 10 of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for contracts relating to leisure services with a fixed date (e.g. events, concerts, shows). Cancellation or refund of already booked tickets is therefore generally excluded.

Only one voucher or discount code may be redeemed per order. A combination of multiple vouchers and discount codes is not permitted.

Vouchers:
For vouchers ordered via our partner shop (e-guma voucher & ticket system / Idea Creation GmbH), there is likewise no right of withdrawal, as these are digital or dispatched vouchers excluded from withdrawal pursuant to Section 18 (1) No. 2 and No. 11 FAGG.
Once a voucher has been ordered, cancellation or refund is not possible.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for the purchase of tickets.

Discount Codes:
Discount codes are valid exclusively for regular full-price tickets. They may not be combined with reduced prices, special offers, or vouchers.

8. Rescheduling

Rescheduling to another event date is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event, subject to availability.
The return or cancellation of e-tickets is excluded without exception.

9. E-Tickets & Delivery

E-tickets are sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the email address provided.

If physical delivery is offered, shipping methods, costs, and delivery times will be displayed during the booking process.

10. Ticket Loss and Non-Attendance

There is no entitlement to replacement or refund for lost, stolen, or unused tickets (e.g. due to late arrival).

11. Resale / Transferability

Tickets may be transferred privately or given as a gift.
Commercial resale or the use of tickets for advertising or marketing purposes is prohibited without the express consent of the organizer.

12. Admission Conditions

Late admission may only be permitted during a break or not at all.
Children under the age of 5 are not admitted to events.
Additional age restrictions may apply for certain events.

13. Changes to the Program

Changes to the cast, program, date, or schedule, as well as shifts in the start time of the performance, do not entitle ticket holders to return or refund tickets.

14. Force Majeure & Event Cancellation

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to force majeure (e.g. official orders, pandemic), the organizer will offer a replacement date or a voucher.

15. Limitation of Liability

The organizer’s liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Participation in events is at the participant’s own risk.

16. Customer Obligations

Customers are obliged to check the tickets received immediately upon receipt for accuracy (date, event, seat) and to report any discrepancies without delay.

17. House Rules

The house rules of the respective venue apply.
The organizer reserves the right to deny admission to guests for good cause.

During the performance, photo, video, and audio recordings as well as the use of mobile phones are prohibited.

Use of the cloakroom is mandatory for coats, jackets, backpacks, umbrellas, and similar items.
Animals are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.

During events, photographs and video recordings may be taken by the organizer or authorized third parties. These recordings may be used for documentation purposes as well as for marketing and promotional activities (including website, social media, print materials and press coverage).

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, guests consent to the use of images and audio recordings in which they may be identifiable for the purposes stated above, without entitlement to compensation.

If a guest does not wish to appear in such recordings, they may inform the event staff on site.

18. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Austrian law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
